Shipping Policy

Current eWatchbox shipping policies

All items ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and most orders ship within 24 hours. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, eWatchBox.com will notify you via email.

Packages to Hawaii in Alaska will ship USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx or via Air if specified at checkout.

We do ship international via UPS or FedEx and a quote will be provided at checkout.

Canada Orders: Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. 

After your order is packed and shipped, a tracking email will be emailed to you to track the status of your shipment. Orders over $100 in the Continental US ship for FREE. eWatchBox.com reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.

Current eWatchbox Returns policy
Item may be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned item must be in new and salable condition, in the original packaging and customer is responsible for return shipping. If item is not in new and resalable condition, as determined by ewatchbox.com, there will be a 15% restocking fee or a store credit of original purchase price. An RMA# must be assigned by ewatchbox.com prior to returning the item. Also please keep a track number for your use and ours. No return will be allowed without an RMA#. If an item is defective, ewatchbox.com will replace it with a new item after the item is returned to ewatchbox.com. Please allow up to 10 business days to process returns.
